The room is neat and new-fashioned with comfortable bed. It has professional staff at reception desk and perfect location right next to event we were attending.

Impeccably clean place & hard-working staff at reception desk. Classic queen room with comfortable bed. Gorgeous design. Very very good building, absolutely perfect and magnificent location so close to the venting systems outlet and Logan's restaurant. Plus, walking distance 

Nicely presented place with really helpful staff at reception desk, loved it. There was variety of outstanding meals. The location turned out to be excellent, near Logans restaurant, seafront, and the Carlton. I went to nearby Logans Restaurant

The hotel was perfectly clean with very amiable staff at reception desk. My classic double room was brand-new, had a comfy bed. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. The property's position was perfect and magnificent, close

I enjoyed 2 nights in this property. Everything was fantastic, including hard-working staff and unbeatable location on top of the venting systems outlet. The classic king room was good value for money for beverages, so that guests had essentials. 

Comfortable bed in the classic king room, plus a multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a study table. Delightful food. Competent employees at reception desk, and absolutely perfect location.  

The hotel is stylish and pleasant, has outstandingly accommodating staff at reception desk. Their rooms are always neat and new-fashioned with the bath, shower over the bath plus beverages. The location is great and unbeatable and they have

The hotel is stylish with very pleasant employees at reception desk. I can recommend the magnificent restaurant onsite for dinner.

The location was particularly good because it was close enough to Prestwick airport, the bar/restaurant, and seafront and town. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and an electric kettle, central heating and an iron inside the 

The location was central, absolutely perfect on top of the venting systems outlet. Everything was good, however a few employees were poor.

Value for money was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One thing that could make the morning meal better is reducing the volume of the music in the dining room.
